When we found the home we immediately contacted Donna to view the home. On first sight, we fell in love with the location, the condo, and cross point as a whole. Everyone that we worked with from the home inspection process to the closing, we were really happy with how everything turned out. From everyone that Donna recommended to us whether it was the home inspector to the lawyer, we were truly grateful. During the selling process, we had a great experience. Everything went well and we moved in on the day we were supposed to. Donna truly gave us a fantastic experience with almost no hiccups at all. We truly felt like we were taken care of especially if we had any question, she would always answer her phone and respond accordingly. In the future, we would definitely work with Donna again since our experience was truly seamless.

Buying or selling a home can be a daunting and stressful experience. But when you have a great support team in your corner, the stress level is seemingly more manageable. Donna Warters of Weichert Realtors was the support we needed; she wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, friendly and caring. Her knowledge of the real estate business is unfathomable. My husband and I had been seeing Donna’s (Weichert Realtors) “For Sale” and “Sold” signs all over our neighborhood and surrounding areas for the entire time we lived in our home of 17 years. We thought, she must be the only realtor working! We knew that when it came time to sell our home, we would definitely give her a call. We wanted to downsize from our single family home in South River to a townhouse. From the moment we met Donna, she made us feel like it was already a done deal. The process from start to finish was not easy; however, Donna worked with us to make sure we did everything we needed to do to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. Our home sold in February 2017. We decided to wait before purchasing our next home. In July 2017, we contacted Donna to assist us in purchasing a townhouse. We expressed to her that we were interested in purchasing a bank-owned property. She explained to us that purchasing a bank-owned (Fannie Mae) property was a lot different than purchasing a home in the usual manner. If the process was indeed different, we certainly didn’t know it, because Donna and our attorney worked feverishly together behind the scenes to stay abreast of the Seller’s (Fannie Mae) strict demands, deadlines, inspections, etc. We closed on our property in Old Bridge in September 2017. As far as my husband and I are concerned, purchasing a bank-owned property was no different than purchasing a property in the usual manner (this is our 4th home purchase). Maybe we were a little naïve about the bank-owned purchase process and maybe we didn’t understand the many pitfalls associated with this type of purchase. But then again, be that as it may,t hat is exactly the reason why you hire only the best! Kudos to Donna, her assistant Aaron, and her entire team. Thank you all for a job well done.

We chose Donna because she was a long time local East Brunswick realtor who survived ups and downs in the real estate market and we expected that she knew the local market as well as anyone. We were not disappointed. Selling a home is a complicated and sometimes emotional activity. The entire process is nothing like we remembered when we bought our home in 1984. Donna helped us understand the process and avoid a number of traps. She provided extensive exposure through her own website (one more thing that didn’t exist in from 1984!) was very clear about the best ways to stage our home for buyers and aggressively and independently suggested and held open houses. She guided us through the pricing process and suggested that we list for far more than we expected, and then delivered on the price. She works tirelessly even insisting that we call her at late hours with emergencies before open houses.
