Over the years I had received many mailings from Donna Warters and was impressed with her knowledge of the real estate market and especially my development. When I decided to sell my condo and move to an active adult community, I contacted Donna.
When I met with Donna, I was very impressed with the package she presented which included an extensive marketing plan and proposal. I listed my home of 26 years with Donna based on her reputation as the best realtor in the East Brunswick area . I contacted her and she responded quickly and set up an appointment to get me started .
At the first meeting she came fully prepared with information of similar homes that had sold , were currently under contract as well as those that were currently on the market so I could understand what the value of my home was . When she was through it was very easy to see what price I should list my home for .

The closing was scheduled and she stayed with me continuing to make sure I kept informed on how to get out of my house and gave me a list of things to do before I left my home for good . That list was so valuable because it made sure I had all of my bases covered and knew what I had to do so there was nothing left to chance and no surprises .
